Involving learners in running their training centre
The manager of a training centre is certain that listening to learners contributes to the way she and her colleagues lead and manage the centre. Before she recruits a new trainer, she invites learners to speak to her and describe the qualities they would want that person to have. In so doing learners also think about how they learn most effectively.
