What is assessment for learning?
Assessment for learning is about generating and reflecting on the evidence of learning. It is a process in which learners and teachers together set learning goals, share learning intentions and success criteria, evaluate progress through learning conversations and self and peer assessment.
This helps learners become more aware of how they learn and what they need to do in order to progress further.
