Teachers have linked a wide range of case study approaches to active learning strategies for engaging and motivating learners. As you watch the teacher reflections, consider which strategies you could employ for your learners. What support do you think you would require to implement these approaches?

Planning is essential to the effective implementation of case study approaches. Work with your colleagues to consider the following:
- How do we introduce case studies using neighbourhood and community settings?
- How do we introduce the world of work through case studies?
- How do we integrate the approaches across different topics and subject areas?
- How do we use role play to extend learning?
