Success Factors in the provision of pastoral provision.
These success factors have been categorised into
whole organisational issues and into issues relevant to four stages of
the learner journey.
The success factors are grouped into themes, and each success factor is illustrated where available, by examples of practice from different learner settings.
Where possible, each success factor is linked to examples of resources developed by the organisations which contributed to the study. Links are also made to relevant policy initiatives to provide the relevant policy context.
