Welcome to the Supporting Learners to Succeed (SLTS) guidance, created in partnership with practitioners, and designed to help all providers review and develop their pastoral provision.

SLTS provides a definition of pastoral provision and resources to help providers of all types to review, develop and continually improve their pastoral provision in accordance with this definition.

The definition and supporting materials have been created using the evidence and information collected from the wide range of providers who contributed to the QIA Pastoral Support Pilots Project (Project Background).

This resource also includes information on relevant national policy initiatives, and web links related to these policies and to organisations relevant to pastoral provision.
