The SuccessPlanner tool helps users set goals, define tasks and track progress. It has been designed to allow users to collaborate and allocate tasks to different members of their team, but is also ideal for individual work.
The SuccessPlanner is based around a staged project life cycle approach which allows users to add additional detail over time. The tool also invites users to define their roles within the team. In an individual project, roles can be used to help users clarify the different focus at different stages of the project - for example shifting from discussion leader to peer explainer.
Suitable for face-to-face or remote discussion, the SuccessPlanner tracks objectives (success criteria), roles and responsibilities and helps teachers and learners to collaborate with peers in a dynamic way by supporting regular reflection and improvements to the plan.
