The following screens describe some of the activities you need to engage in and the knowledge you need to design and deliver an effective personalised learning programme.

Assess how well you perform these activities by selecting the appropriate response from the choice provided.

You can use the assessment in a number of ways:

• as an individual to highlight possible training needs
• to prepare for an appraisal with a manager
• as part of a team working on a more structured programme.
