Paths to employment

Work Solutions, based in Manchester, is part of Manchester Solutions. The provider works with adults who are long-term unemployed or who have been on incapacity benefit for some time, and people with disabilities. They also run services in prisons and work with probation services.

In this video sequence two adult learners, one long term unemployed, the other a refugee from Afghanistan, talk about their own paths to employment.
