Coaching

Continuing professional development events are useful ways of introducing teachers, tutors and trainers to new ideas. However change in the classroom rarely happens without follow-up coaching on an ongoing basis.

Coaching sessions provide a forum in which teachers, tutors and trainers can:

• seek feedback on their practice
• discuss changes they might make
• explore how to use and adapt resources.
